To schedule an appointment please send us your info; a response will be given within 72 hours. Please note that due to the physical nature of the sessions, there may be a several week/month waiting period; but once you make an appointment, your spot will be saved!

Each Rolf session is 75 min hands on - please block 100 minutes to allow for intake, changing, etc
